These were the original OEM tires, and I've now driven 30,000 miles on a combination of highways and country roads. The dry and wet grip is excellent, and they handle aquaplaning very well
Comments
I'll likely switch to the LX2 when these wear out, but I've been pleased with their performance so far

I have a 19 Ford Ranger with LX tires, size 265 60 R18 T. After approximately 5 k miles, I noticed the tires started to feel vague, particularly during wet cornering, which affected my driving confidence. However, they have worn evenly, with about 50% life remaining after 20 k miles.

Nissan X-Trail, size 225/65R17, for around 15000 miles. Initially, they were decent, but they quickly became a nightmare in wet conditions. These tires hydroplane on even the shallowest water, making rainy days quite scary. The tread wore down quickly, and I had to replace them sooner than expected. I switched to Michelin Primacy SUV+ tires, and the difference is night and day. The Continentals were just not reliable or safe in my experience.
